Shipping

Order processing takes up to 8 business days from order placement. We currently ship via USPS which allows you to choose the best shipping option for you. International shipping is available for an additional cost (extra fees are covered by buyer).

After your items have shipped liability is transferred to USPS. This means that if anything happens to your items during shipping you will contact them for resolution.

Paying for faster shipping does not ensure that the item will ship faster. It does mean once USPS receives the package they will move it quicker internally. Any post office delays are not reflective of Drastic Things.

 

Tracking orders

Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am-3pm and can take anywhere from 1 to 8 business days to ship from our location. When ordering you're accepting full responsibility for any damage or loss if your package is left outside and unattended. If item is lost or stolen you will need to contact your local USPS or go to USPS.com and fill out a ticket. 

 

International Shipping

Canadian shipping is expected to arrive in 6-10 business days. Shipping for all other international locations is expected to arrive in 10-20 business days, depending upon region. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as customs fees and independent carrier fees (Drastic Things is not responsible for these fees).
