Refund policy

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

 

You have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a refund or exchange.

 

We will only offer a full exchange or refund if there is an error on our end. Examples include, you were sent the wrong item, it was damaged in shipping or falls apart within the first week. We will not refund an item if you ordered the wrong size, color, type, etc.

If you would like to exchange an item due to an ordering error, we will charge a 13% restocking fee, return shipping, and a new shipping amount. We will send the exchange when we receive the item and it has been inspected. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

DAMAGES / OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
